They say that age is just a number, and there are so many men and women who take this proverb as a call to action. This is so true as women never cease to stay young at heart. Even if she is at the age of 60 or 70 and so on, she still has that hidden child and a 16 yr. the old girl within her that keeps the spark in her alive.
In fact, I always wonder that I am also a kid stuck in a millennial’s body? I am sure it’s quite nostalgic for the ones born in the ’80s as I still love watching The Little Mermaid time and again and it always feels like my first time. Well, I am sure I am not alone in this. I love to embrace that I am young at heart because growing up is overrated.
I strongly feel its all in the attitude and a youthful frame of mind can have a powerful impact on the strength of a person’s agility and mental sharpness. There are many examples of women who are over 50 yrs. and still have been able to achieve so much in life. From climbing up the mountain, crossing waters, hiking up the hills, doing rigorous workouts to so much more. Women are breaking the barriers and doing more than their age allows them too. And you know the reason for the same, it’s the fact that they are young at heart and want to achieve the impossible.
In fact, I also would like to highlight the times when women got married way early in their life and couldn’t fulfil many of their dreams. And that’s how they had hidden desires to fulfill and even at the age when body starts to give up, they keep their soul and themselves young at heart.
Women and many other men also are true inspiration who prove that definitely age is just a number. What matters the most is being young at heart and living your dreams like never before.
While I am going to take this live feel a little nostalgic about the blog challenge coming to an end. Stay tuned for the last one in line which is Z.
